We work hard to ensure that all our guests have a great time and are well looked after across all of our locations

With so many guests coming back year after year (and quite a few joining us for several trips in a season) we feel that we must be doing something right.

We were here for a long weekend when two days in the coronavirus put a stop to all skiing when France shut all ski resorts down. Sad news for all but this hotel went above and beyond in how they treated everyone – we were able to do stunning mountain walks we were fed and indeed provided lunch at no extra cost.

They kept their spirits up even though the impact on them must have been very upsetting. 100% top marks this team here are wonderful and the food as always is fabulous.

We have been here before and we will return once again when this is over . They make everything easy for you so you can get on and enjoy your ski weekend. Everyone who stays here for the first time says they want to return and those who have been before can’t wait to return. Thank you so much to everyone here for looking after us so well.

The food was very good and the system during afternoon tea worked well. We appreciated the white-board announcements during dinner so we all knew what was going on.  A couple of our group needed to change their hire equipment during our stay and the efficient communication between your staff and servicing of the equipment change was appreciated.
